The company Chairman is the Mayor of Toledo, Emiliano García Page, the Vice Chairwoman is the Regional Minister for Culture, Soledad Herrero Sainz Rozas, and the Chief Executive Officer is Diego Peris Sánchez.
The principal objective of the company is to restore the Vega Baja of Toledo and conserve, in terms of the archaeological, urban and landscape value, the important cultural heritage of this unique city space.
It has long been known that the Vega Baja zone of Toledo was occupied in Roman times, and in Visigothic times, an especially relevant period for the city.
